I have no desire to go back there which is probably good. I would go often because the food was good and prices were resonable and the slots were not as tight plus they gave you nice benifits with your club card. I understand they need to make up for there losses but the prices are ridiculous in food now and it doesn't taste good. The card club benifits have been greatly reduced and machines are tight. We went to the Grove and my husband steak was $20.00 more and mine was $10.00 and not as good. The food was horrible and the prices were about 3 dollar a plate more than last year. Due to Covid however they have an honor system on vaccinations to wear a mask or not. Went up to the room no coffee maker and they were not going to clean our room. We got there at about 3:53 PM and of course our room was not ready they said they would give us a call and it would only take about 15 mins well 45 mins later and no call we went back saying we never received a call as usual not once have I ever received a call when they say will. I have stayed there many times before and only once in a while have had a problem. We stayed at the Willows May 23 thru 24 2021.
